ARCOTHERM Pvt Ltd is well equipped with high-tech and advanced tool room machines for its manufacturing process, like- deckel maho dmc-65v, it is a gantry design machine with 18000 rpm with highest dynamic and precision, and with makino vertical machining centres, edm machines, jig grinding machine and many tool room conventional machines with all latest measuring and inspection equipments.
We had Pressure Die-Casting production facility in house equipped with 460 tons Buhler B series machine, 250 tons HMT Buhler, 80 tons HMT, 7 tons Hot chamber Die-Casting machine from Japan Shinozuka, Toshiba and TOYO machines. At present we have the production capacity of 50 tons to 460 tons locking capacity. We can supply the castings from our plant weighing 10 grams to 5kg..
